Norwich Earth Hour
Norwich Earth Hour follows the movement Earth Hour started in Sydney, Australia in 2007.
The past 29th of March 2008 we made possible an incredible success. Earth Hour happened in more than 370 cities and towns in 10 countries across the globe, switching off their lights for an hour.
In Norwich, The Forum was packed with people dancing, playing music and having a great time.
Some of the places that took part in Norwich Earth Hour are:
- Norwich Castle
- Anglican cathedral
- The Great Hospital
- St. Andrew's and Blackfriars' Hall
- The Guildhall
- Dragon Hall
- The Assembly House
- St. James' Mill
- Roman Catholic cathedral
- Surrey House
- City Hall
- The Forum
